We integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brainspotting, the Tri-Phasic Model of Trauma Recovery, Solution-Focused approaches, and Sand Tray Therapy to help you process emotions, build resilience, and reconnect with who you are beyond the pain.
